Kettenrad Alu 40 bis 43 Zähne (525) passend für MV Agusta Brutale / F3 / F

Ein Aluminiumkettenrad ist sehr leicht und daher hervorragend für den Rennsport geeignet. Zudem ist Aluminium eine kaltausgehärtete Legierung, die nicht (wie z.B. Stahl) nachträglich gehärtet werden muss. Ein Stahlkettenrad wird nach dem CNC-fräsen nachgehärtet, um die Lebensdauer noch weiter zu erhöhen. Dabei können aber leider kleinste Verformungen im Material entstehen, so dass ein Aluminiumkettenrad in jedem Fall im Detail präziser als ein Stahlkettenrad ist. Weiterhin sehen Aluminiumkettenräder optisch besser aus und haben wegen des Siliziumanteils den Vorteil einer leichten Eigenschmierung. Ein Stahlkettenrad dagegen ist wegen des hohen Materialpreises bei Aluminium preisgünstiger und wegen der Materialeigenschaften belastbarer und langlebiger als ein Aluminiumkettenrad.
